Wright brothers first flight

This is a model of the very first airplane that worked. The actual airplane is in a Smithsonian.

This is a monument in their honor.

I decided that I needed a picture with the sewing machine they used to make parts of that first airplane.

This is where the first flight actually took off.

Here is where it landed, it was short, but it worked! there were four flights that day.

Hey Chrystal!!!!
After a long time keeping our blog inactivated (over a year) I finally decided to activat it and see if I can keep the family updated more often... I don't know how long I will be able to keep this blogging habit up for, but I sure enjoy being able to check up on you guys and saying a quick hi once in a while :)

Your pics are so beautiful!! I am jealous that I don't live near the ocean!! You guys seem to have a great time there where you live - full of young families, fun places to go... Exciting!!

Well, thanks for sharing the pics with us - I love seeing little Mariah!!! And I am looking forward to seeing the new baby!!! Congratulations!!!
